In the book Take the Cannoli, Vowell was in a conversation with her friend, and Vowell's friend was questioning her about going back to such a horrible place, called America, But Vowell felt very strongly about were she's from and even wanted to argue how great that place was. So, how does your character feel about their homeland? Or maybe even their birthplace?
